Panda's prefer the easy life, so I'll keep this as simple as possible.

Print Services

1. Where you supply the artwork via digital media (.pdf etc) we have no responsibility to make any changes to ensure that the artwork is of a pre-press standard and may return sub-standard files for correction. In such cases if we are requested to correct files then our standard design charge will apply.

2. In all cases we shall, unless requested otherwise, supply a proof of artwork to you for your approval. Once a proof has been approved it may not be possible to correct/change any errors or amendments notified afterwards and you will remain liable for the price quoted/accepted (we will try to make changes where possible if the work has not gone to press at the time we are notified).

3. Where artwork is supplied in a non digital format we shall make a charge (not exceeding our standard design charge) to convert the artwork into a press ready digital format.

4. In the unlikely event that the final printed matter does not correctly match the accepted proof, then (once MyPanda has checked and confirmed the error) we shall have the work reprinted and re-supplied to you without additional charge.

5. Under UK intellectual property law (IP) the ownership of artwork remains with the designer. In all cases we license customers to have the right of use of all artwork/design work carried out for them, for use within their business (or personal use as applicable). The right to use our designs for re-sale is not given within our normal trading terms, but may be given in special circumstances.

Design Services

1.  Items 2 & 4 as above (print services) apply

2. Where we are engaged to provide general design (e.g for business cards) we shall provide up to 3 versions for approval before a further charge shall be due, however minor changes (e.g changed word etc) will not usually count towards this total.

3. For logo design our standard charge covers the production of 3-4 (minimum 3) different designs for your approval, along with upto 3 small amendments of the chosen design.

4. In all cases proofs shall be supplied for your approval.

Payment

1. All services (print and design) are chargeable as 50% with order and the balance on acceptance of the proof.

2. Payments with order get an additional discount of upto 6% dependent on print/design type and order value.

3. In respect of print services, all goods remain the property of MyPanda until payment has been received in full.

4. In respect of design services, the intellectual property rights remain with MyPanda and no use of the design work is authorised until payment has been received in full, at which point you are given full usage rights within your business plus any further rights agreed in writing by MyPanda.

5. In the case of late payment MyPanda reserves the right to add any and all costs of recovery - whether costs incurred or time lost - to the outstanding debt, along with statutory interest.

General

By instructing MyPands in respect of any of its services you agree to be deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions and to be fully bound by them.
